One price covers the whole of England and Wales, to give you the confidence to plan your agricultural shows and events in advance without having to confirm prices with us each time. Alternatively, to keep the costs down, you can pick up the trailer from our storage facility in Grantham just off the A1 motorway. Our exhibition trailers are designed to be extremely simple to use and can be set up and ready to use within five minutes of arrival on site.
Event Services – Exhibition Trailer Branding and Extras
Our event services offers a range of customised branding designs for the exhibition trailer, with wing panels for trailer graphics as standard, you tell us what you want, and we can get it custom made for you or you can order it yourself. No more drafty, unstable tents to set up, but a dry, stable warm and comfortable area for your staff and customers to enjoy at agricultural shows.
Don’t forget that many of our furniture options available in our event services packages are provided free of charge; we just charge for additional electrical items such as kitchens, drinks, fridges, ice machines, water coolers or heaters.
We also provide a complete agricultural show marketing package aimed at reaching as many customers as possible, outsourcing these event services will allow you and your sales staff to focus on converting show enquires into actual sales and also spread the cost of your sales event over the year with set monthly payments.

Exhibition Trailer – Simple and Secure
Our event services don’t have complicated key handover procedures and our exhibition trailers are designed to be set up and ready to use in less than five minutes. Because our customers demand speed of set-up and quick take down at the end of the day, we have designed all our exhibition trailers to be extremely simple to use, and as they are secured with combination padlocks, there will be no more arguments about who lost the keys!
Each exhibition trailer comes with a manual to show how to safely open and close, and if required we will meet you on site to give your staff a full training session. All hire units have a copy of the current electrical certificate for the exhibition trailer, a fire extinguisher, a small first aid kit, and all the electrical items within the trailer have a current PAT test sticker.
Event Services – Refreshments and Furniture
If you need power on the exhibition trailer, our event services includes hook-up leads free of charge to connect to a power supply on site, the trailers have multiple internal plug sockets and also a separate battery pack supply to run outside lights etc. We also offer the option of a 30-inch smart TV and two 10-inch removable tablets to help you really stand out from the crowd by demonstrating your products and services through video displays. The tablets are removable and provide a great way to record customer details directly into a CRM system without the need for lots of names and numbers written down on pieces of paper!
Are trailers don’t have fitted kitchens but are supplied with kettles and mini refrigerator so all you have to do is bring the water to provide customers with hot or cold drinks throughout the agricultural show.
Tables and chairs can also be supplied on request to go with your exhibition stand, as well as fencing if required, call us to discuss these extras.
Exhibition Trailer Branding for Agricultural Shows
For maximum impact, our event services includes a full trailer graphics/branding service. Prices start at just £350 plus VAT for the two wing panel doors at the left and right of the front opening, printed on to re-usable 5mm foamex panels. We store these between periods of hire so if you plan to use a trailer for more than one agricultural show, this is a very cost-effective option.
If your budget stretches to a full vinyl wrap, we can provide all the panel sizes your graphic designer needs and print and fit the vinyl prior to delivery.

Our event services also offers a Self-drive option are also available if you have a suitable towing vehicle, driver and insurance cover. For many clients who exhibit at a number of agricultural shows throughout the year, this is a great way to keep costs to a minimum.
